3. User Responsibilities
As a user of Suryasthan, you agree to:

4. Service Fees and Payments

- Project Report Preparation: ₹20,000
- Complete Subsidy Application: Custom pricing
4.2 Payment Terms
- 50% advance payment before starting work
- 50% upon completion of service
- Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
- All prices are exclusive of GST
- Payment methods: Bank transfer, UPI, Online payments
4.3 Refund Policy
Refunds are only provided if:
- We are unable to provide the agreed service
- Cancellation before work commencement
- Technical error from our side
No refunds for government rejection of applications, as approval depends on external authorities.

Client Documents
Documents prepared for clients (project reports, CMA data, applications) remain client property
once paid for. We retain the right to use anonymized data for improving our services.

- Payment gateways
We are not responsible for third-party services, policies, or decisions. Each third party has
its own terms and conditions.
10. Termination of Services

Clients may terminate services by:

- Paying for completed work
